Temporary 3-4 Month Contract Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk Industry: Automotive
Hourly Rate: $22-$28/Hour
Location: Brampton – In-Office Daily Role
Apply ASAP!! Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable professional with 2–5 years of experience who enjoys variety and is comfortable taking on ad hoc responsibilities and financial analysis in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-cycle Accounts Payable, including invoice processing, coding, approvals, and payment runs
- Work within Microsoft D365 Dynamics Business Central / Navision to ensure accurate and timely processing
- Support month-end activities, reconciliations, and reporting as needed
- Assist with financial analysis, including variance analysis, data review, and basic reporting
- Take on ad hoc accounting and administrative duties to support the broader finance team
- Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve inquiries efficiently
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar accounting role
- Completion of Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma in Business, Finance or Accounting
- Experience with Business Central and/or Navision preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
- Solid Excel skills and an analytical mindset
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
