What you’ll do:

  • Oversee data and research projects in support of marketing and business objectives by defining goals, requirements and methodologies, and working with outside vendors as required.

  • Drive data excellence by implementing and refining best practices for data reporting and accessibility, empowering our growth initiatives with clear, actionable insights.

  • Generate comprehensive
    business and campaign performance reports and dashboards that not only identify trends but also provide actionable feedback to optimize our strategies.

  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and effectively present data insights to management and executives, influencing key business decisions.

  • Assess the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns using various techniques, including marketing mix models and third-party reporting systems, to measure and maximize ROI.

  • Analyze website and UX data
    using GA4 and Google Tag Manager and recommend ways to optimize
    the customer journey on our website.

  • Work closely with external vendors and internal teams to
    support forecasting and help set and measure KPIs, and
    maintain a robust analytics framework, ensuring all stakeholders have access to the data and insights they need.

  • Champion a data-driven culture by advocating for the use of data across the company, helping teams leverage tools, insights, and processes that enhance our performance.

  • Support A/B testing initiatives by providing pre-test analysis, test setup guidance, and post-test interpretation of results.

What you bring:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in an analytics role, demonstrating your ability to turn data into insights

  • Proficiency in Python,
    SQL, Excel,
    and scripting languages, as well as business intelligence tools such as Qlik Sense or Power BI is preferred. Experience in data visualization tools like Looker Studio, and project management tools like Jira is also desired

  • Knowledge of website architecture and experience using web analytics tools including GA4, Google Tag Manager

  • Strong communications skills. Able to effectively translate complex technical information into plain language

  • A track record of thriving in dynamic, fast-paced environments while maintaining a laser focus on delivering results.

  • Experience designing marketing dashboards and reports and using data for storytelling

  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms and machine learning applications/platforms is a definite plus

  • A solid understanding of digital marketing channels and their respective KPIs and attribution models

  • Experience in B2B or channel-based environments, with a proven history of developing insights that lead to successful growth strategies, is an asset

  • Experience in Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), including data collection, cleaning, analysis and reporting, is an asset
