We're a global leader in AI-powered people analytics, workforce planning, and compensation management solutions. All Visier technology is underpinned by its Real-time People Data Platform, which uses AI to unlock the business-transforming potential of people data, work data, and the fusion of both.

Founded in 2010 by the pioneers of business intelligence, Visier has over 60k customers in 75 countries - including enterprises like BASF, Panasonic, Experian, Amgen, eBay, Ford Motor Company, and more.

About the position:

We are seeking a self-motivated, intellectually curious, and highly collaborative individual to provide meaningful insights and actions that directly impact revenue growth and operational clarity, serving multiple internal stakeholders. This is a high-impact, hands-on role to refine the data engine that powers our Go-To-Market (GTM) success. Reporting to the Head of FP&A, the successful candidate will be a trusted partner to all revenue-generating teams, driving changes to improve the productivity and strategic growth of the business by ensuring a single source of truth for revenue data.

What you'll be doing….

As a key part of Visier's Revenue Operations function, the Senior RevOps Analyst will live in the data, creating reports and analyses to provide actionable, outcome-based insights to various customer-facing and revenue-generating teams. This role moves beyond reporting to focus on strategic alignment and process optimization across the entire revenue lifecycle (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success).

Strategic Data Analysis & Reporting: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to measure and report on key revenue metrics, including pipeline velocity, funnel conversion rates, customer lifetime value (CLV), customer acquisition cost (CAC), and churn reduction efforts.

Actionable Insights: Perform deep analyses on leading indicators, market trends, and GTM performance, leveraging findings to surface critical business insights that enable leaders to quickly move from insight to high-impact action.

Data Governance & Quality Ownership: Proactively champion and enforce data quality and governance standards across the GTM tech stack (especially CRM), ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and process consistency to establish a reliable foundation for all reporting and predictive models.

Financial & Forecasting Alignment: Closely support the Head of FP&A in integrating revenue forecasting and performance analysis with broader financial planning, running scenario planning, and improving predictive measures using advanced data models.

Cross-Functional Strategic Partnership: Act as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience leaders to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives that support alignment and the consistent achievement of growth goals.

What you'll bring to the table…

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Revenue/Sales analytics, or a similar role.
  • Proven ability to analyze high-volume, complex datasets, and identify significant trends and patterns with a strong focus on data validation.
  • Advanced spreadsheet modeling capabilities (G-Sheet, Excel), and proficiency in data extraction and manipulation using standard query languages or other relevant scripting tools.
  • Strong expertise with Salesforce (advanced reporting, dashboarding and process automation).
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex data insights into clear, strategic recommendations for non-technical executive stakeholders.
  • Deep analytical prowess - you are always asking why and constantly forming and testing hypotheses. You lead an analysis with the question, "What high-value problem are we trying to solve?"
  • An entrepreneurial mindset that is comfortable dealing with change, and open to learning new processes, tools and perspectives.

What do we value...

  • You roll up your sleeves
  • You make it easy
  • You are proud
  • You never stop learning
  • You play to win

How we work & what we offer...
