We’re representing a leading Canadian Builder that’s expanding its Major Projects Division in the GTA, with a focus on delivering complex, high-value vertical builds in the social infrastructure space, including universities, hospitals, airports and civic institutions.
This is a rare opportunity to take the helm of multiple $500M+ design-build projects where your leadership isn’t just welcomed, it’s essential.
About You
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Proven experience leading large-scale, technically demanding vertical construction projects
- Ability to thrive in high-stakes environments
- Experience managing projects from preconstruction through commissioning
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide multidisciplinary teams
- Capacity to work collaboratively with stakeholders, influence design, and shape strategy
- Track record of delivering excellence on complex, high-value projects
