- Minimum 3 ans d'expérience à titre de conseiller technique au sein d’une concession automobile;
- Connaissances techniques des systèmes automobiles et d'entretien préventif;
- Connaissances du logiciel Serti, un atout;
- Excellentes habiletés en communication et bonne écoute;
- Orienté vers la satisfaction de la clientèle;
- Bilingue, en français et en anglais.

- Technical knowledge of automotive systems and preventive maintenance;
- Knowledge of Serti software, an asset;
- Excellent communication and listening skills;
- Focused on customer satisfaction;
- Bilingual, in French and in English.
