##Summary
We are recruiting for a**Document Coordinator (12-month temporary term)**for our Valves, Actuation & Measurement team, in Calgary. In this role, you will support a wide variety of documentation functions. Our ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a positive outgoing personality and strong interpersonal qualities. You will report to the Manager, Coordinators.
##Role and Responsibilities
- Work closely with Project/Sales Coordinators and Application Specialists
- Manage and execute documentation requirements from quote to order completion
- Ensure documentation requirements are fulfilled within customer deadlines
- Source and expedite documentation from multiple suppliers
- Compile, track and manage documentation to ensure smooth execution
- Prepare transmittals, coversheets, Manufacturers' Record Books, etc.
- Perform electronic filing and logging
- Identify opportunities to streamline internal processes
##Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma
- Post-secondary education and/or courses related to Business Administrative would be an asset
- Previous experience working in document control or administrative support is preferred
- Intermediate computer skills in MS Office Products (Adobe, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Exceptional communication skills and customer service practices
- Highly organized and strong multi-tasking abilities
- High degree of initiative and the ability to work independently
- Team oriented, positive demeanor and a can-do attitude
- Strong relationship building skills
- Entrepreneurial work ethic
