Your opportunity Dillon’s Finance group is looking for a Accounting Assistant Coop to join our multidisciplinary team of professionals. You will have the opportunity to work on new and exciting projects while providing clients with a fully integrated and superior customer experience.

At Dillon, we operate as one team. This position is available at any of Dillon’s offices.

Responsibilities Billing

  • Assist with client invoices, including supporting documentation and attachments.
  • Obtain approvals on Sub-Contractor Agreements and subsequent invoices.
  • Setup and maintenance of project and billing terms in accordance with contracts.
  • Draft and review bills in the billing software.
  • Track all bills sent for review or approval to ensure they are turned around within a reasonable time.
  • Respond to billing queries on a day-to-day basis.
  • Communicate with project managers, project administrators, and finance staff.
  • Assist with other accounting and administrative functions.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Be part of a accounting/finance co-op program.
