Work Location: Regina Head Office. This position offers a hybrid work option, allowing you to work both from home and in the Regina Head Office on a scheduled rotation once all training requirements are met.

We are looking for a Corporate Underwriting – Personal Lines Quality Assurance Analyst to join our Regina team and help drive this work.

In this role, you will evaluate underwriting quality through structured file reviews and broker audits, analyze data to identify trends and systemic quality gaps, and prepare evidence-based findings to support continuous improvement, training, and compliance.

You will apply a strong analytical approach to assess whether underwriting decisions align with guidelines, authorities, and regulatory requirements, while identifying opportunities to improve consistency and strengthen operational practices.

What You Bring

You are confident in your expertise and work well both independently and as part of a team. We encourage you to apply if you:

  • Have experience in quality assurance, audit, compliance, data analysis, or analytical roles within Property and Casualty insurance industry.
  • Have experience working in regulated environments and interpreting policies, standards, or regulatory frameworks.
  • Enjoy working with data to identify patterns, root causes and systemic issues and translating findings into clear recommendations using analytical tools and reporting.
  • Communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including underwriting leaders and operational teams.
  • Are detail-oriented, analytical, and exercise sound judgment while evaluating complex transactions or processes.
  • Are motivated by continuous improvement, governance, and strengthening operational quality.

These skills are typically acquired through a four-year degree from an accredited post-secondary institution in a relevant field such as Business, Mathematics, Applied Science, or a related discipline, and 5 to 7 years of experience in quality assurance, audit, compliance, or business analytics within the Property and Casualty insurance industry.
