This full-time role offers a salary of $115,000 – $120,000 annually, plus incentive opportunities and eligibility for overtime. Your Role
As a Service Supervisor, you’ll oversee shop and field technicians working on heavy equipment repairs, maintenance, and welding. Key responsibilities include:
- Scheduling technicians and assigning daily work scopes, including welding and field service
- Leading safety practices through toolbox talks, mentorship, and daily reinforcement
- Communicating with customers to coordinate work, provide updates, and confirm expectations
- Preparing and reviewing repair quotes and ensuring accurate, timely work order completion
- Inspecting work in progress and final outcomes to meet quality, safety, and warranty standards
- Working closely with parts, warranty, and admin teams to support efficient job flow
What You Bring
- A safety-first mindset with the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced service environment
- A minimum of 5 years of experience working in the mining industry
- A minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in the mining industry
- Journeyperson certification in a relevant trade (Heavy Equipment Technician or similar)
- Skilled in planning, technician scheduling, and customer communication
- Strong knowledge of OH&S regulations, warranty processes, and repair best practices
