General Labor With Receiving Responsibilities
- Inspection of incoming raw materials and purchased items to ensure that they meet the criteria that is listed on the purchase order.
- Package and complete of finished goods.
- Cut and prepare materials for machine shop and welders
- Pressure test finished good in preparation for shipping
- Sandblasting of finished goods
- Organizational skills to maintain raw materials
- Maintain goods both incoming and outgoing from the stock room by performing Cycle counts.
- Valid Driver’s license with a clean record for in town pickups and deliveries.
- Proficient in multi-tasking
- Able to work unsupervised
Responsibilities: Other responsibilities would include some general labor responsibilities which include:
- Operation of Forklift for loading and unloading trucks
- Ability to read a Dial calipers and tape measure.
- Ability to setup and mark finished products
- Washing of finished products
- Possible future opportunities to advance your carrier into either machining or welding
Education/Experience Required to have a High School Diploma or Equivalent
Excellent verbal skills to communicate with Co-workers and supervisors regarding technical issues.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints specifications. Strong mechanical skills and working knowledge
Attitude Must display a positive attitude in dealing with supervisors and co-workers.
Have open lines of communication with team members. Demonstrate professionalism in dealing with co-workers.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Must be able to work from Calgary facility.
- Possible lifting of heavier items, bending, kneeling and stretching.
- Fast paced office environment with artificial lighting.
Language

License/Certification
- Class 5 Drivers License (preferred)

Pay Range: $46,000 - $47,985 (annually)
