We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team—a role where your expertise will drive meaningful outcomes and your ambition will help shape what comes next. Your role:
General Duties:

Manage reception and general administrative duties including answering and directing calls, greeting clients and guests, booking and setting up boardrooms, coordinating couriers, and providing general office support as required.

Coordinate courier shipments and deliveries.
-
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchenette, boardrooms, reception area, and supply rooms.
-
Ensure reception and office areas are fully stocked with refreshments, stationery, and equipment.
Administrative Duties:
-
Scan, prepare, track, and verify client documents and files in accordance with firm procedures, and distribute mail, faxes, invoices, packages, and cheques to appropriate staff.

Organize and coordinate distribution of tax returns with the correct schedules and attachments, ensuring timely distribution to appropriate parties.

Distribute and deliver mail, client documents, files, packages, and cheques to the appropriate staff members.
-
Maintain filing systems and perform general office clerk duties and errands such as completing daily or weekly bank deposits.
What you bring to the table:
-
1-3 years of experience in a receptionist, office assistant, or similar administrative role; experience in a professional services environment is an asset.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities and a professional, courteous manner.
-
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and all levels of staff.
-
A proactive, “can-do” attitude with the ability to take initiative and anticipate the needs of Partners and staff.
-
High attention to detail with sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, with flexibility to support overtime as needed.

**Job type:**Permanent, Full-time
**Your schedule:**Monday to Friday – In office
Salary range: $46,500 - $53,750 per annum.
