Digital Customer Journey Analyst – Web & App Analyst & Reporting
Location: Brussels, Belgium

We are looking for a Senior Digital Customer Journey Analyst to join a transformation office in the banking and financial services sector. In this role, you will play a key part in understanding and improving end-to-end digital customer journeys across web and mobile applications, with the goal of enhancing customer experience and driving digital business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Define tagging strategies and technical specifications for digital platforms.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, testers, UX, and analysts to ensure accurate implementation.
- Build dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and supporting metrics.
- Conduct quantitative analyses to identify improvements and opportunities.
- Present insights through clear and engaging data storytelling for diverse stakeholders.
- Promote a data-driven mindset across teams and support decision-making with actionable insights.
- Manage projects closely, coordinating with multiple squads and participating in agile ceremonies.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 4 years in digital analytics roles.
- Technical Skills: Strong expertise with Adobe Analytics and Contentsquare.
- Business Skills: Ability to translate objectives into KPIs, define tagging strategies, and communicate insights effectively.
- Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile practices is an advantage.
- Education: Master’s degree in mathematics, statistics, business intelligence, economics, digital marketing, or equivalent experience.
- Languages: Fluent English required. French and/or Dutch are a plus.
Soft Skills
- Analytical, structured, and detail-oriented.
- Strong communication skills, able to bridge technical and business audiences.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and creative in problem solving.
- Collaborative team player with a high sense of quality.
