Company Description Natural Touch Rehabilitation Centre is a multidisciplinary clinic with locations in Mississauga and Brampton, providing physiotherapy, chiropractic care, massage therapy, and comprehensive rehabilitation services. The clinic supports individuals recovering from motor vehicle accidents, workplace injuries, sports injuries, and a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, including back and neck pain, joint injuries, and post-surgical rehabilitation. Team members collaborate on individualized care plans, which may include post-concussion and brain injury rehabilitation to support safe, progressive recovery. Additional services such as custom orthotics, shockwave therapy, spinal decompression, and vestibular and balance therapy are offered to restore movement, reduce pain, and improve overall function. The environment is focused on evidence-informed practice, patient-centered care, and professional collaboration. Role Description The Licensed Massage Therapist is a full-time, on-site role based at the Mississauga, ON clinic. The therapist will assess patients’ needs, provide therapeutic massage treatments, and document treatment plans and progress in alignment with clinic protocols. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with physiotherapists, chiropractors, and other team members to support integrated rehabilitation plans, educating patients on home care and self-management strategies, and maintaining a safe, clean, and professional treatment environment. The role also involves managing appointment schedules, ensuring timely and courteous communication with patients, and adhering to regulatory and ethical standards. The therapist will contribute to a supportive, inclusive atmosphere and uphold a high standard of clinical care and customer service. Qualifications Demonstrated proficiency in Therapeutic Massage and Body Massage techniques appropriate for injury recovery and musculoskeletal conditions. Experience or training in Shiatsu and other complementary manual therapy approaches as part of holistic patient care. Ability to provide patient-centered Customer Service and support Stress Management through effective communication and education. Current registration and good standing with the relevant massage therapy regulatory body in Ontario (e.g., CMTO). Graduate of an accredited massage therapy program and eligibility to practice in Ontario. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team, and respect for diverse patient backgrounds. Competence in clinical documentation, time management, and maintaining patient confidentiality. Previous experience in rehabilitation or orthopedic settings is an asset; willingness to participate in ongoing professional development.
