Position Overview

We’re looking for a Sales Associate to be the first point of contact for many people discovering Everwild for the very first time. Working from our Everwild kiosk(s), this position is responsible for engaging guests in meaningful conversations about our spa experiences and wellness offerings. The role combines guest service and retail sales, requiring confidence, approachability and strong communication skills. ensures every interaction reflects Everwild’s commitment to wellness, calm and connection, while achieving individual and team sales goals. This is a hands-on, customer-facing position that requires reliability, professionalism and enthusiasm for helping others discover the restorative benefits of the Everwild experience.

Wage: $18 per hour

Shifts: Full-time, Permanent

Location: Calgary

Key Responsibilities:
Brand Representation

  • Represent Everwild Nordic Spas as a knowledgeable and enthusiastic brand ambassador.
  • Stay informed on our spa experiences, membership options, and wellness philosophy to guide guest decisions.
  • Communicate the Everwild brand story and values consistently across all guest interactions.

Guest Experience

  • Create an inviting, informative and positive experience for every guest
  • Engage guests proactively—answer questions, provide product recommendations, and tailor conversations to their interests.
  • Collect guest feedback and share insights with management to improve the overall experience.
  • Assist guests with online booking, promotional offers, and aftercare information to ensure a seamless journey from inquiry to visit.

Sales & Operations

  • Drive sales of spa experiences, gift cards, and memberships to meet or exceed daily and monthly targets.
  • Accurately handle point-of-sale transactions and maintain cash and credit handling standards.
  • Maintain kiosk appearance, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and compliance with visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs in a timely manner.
  • Support daily reporting and sales tracking activities.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing sales techniques and supporting teammates.

Marketing & Outreach

  • Participate in mall events, local partnerships, and promotional campaigns to increase visibility and traffic.
  • Capture and share guest success stories or testimonials for marketing use (with permission).
  • Stay updated on seasonal promotions and marketing initiatives to communicate them effectively to guests

Requirements

  • Sales experience and the ability to identify guest needs and recommend suitable services or products.
  • Experience using a POS system is not mandatory but is an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a small team.
  • Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
  • Tech-savvy — able to use tablets, booking systems, and digital POS tools effectively.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required in a mall setting.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks (e.g., setting up displays).
  • Criminal background check required
