Reporting to the Supervisor - Order Management, the Order Administrator will be responsible for daily processing of customer orders into ERP system, confirming supply in relation to customer demands.
This is to fill an existing position in the company. This will be a 1-Year contract.

What You Will Be Doing
- Process phone, and email orders accurately and efficiently and handle any general customer or consumer
- inquiries via phone and/or email as appropriate.
- Process EDI order, ensuring that orders that include errors are resolved and released.
- Complete product cutbacks or substitutions in ERP system when required.
- Promote new products and opportunity buys to customers and upsell products.
- Book and communicate delivery appointments as required by MLF customers.
- Maintain proactive communications with Sales, Supply & Demand, Shipping, and Invoicing to ensure smooth flow of customer orders. Liaise with Supply & Demand on availability of product.
- Policies, Processes & Procedures; Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and nstructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
What You Will Bring
- 2 years of experience in food industry
- Ability to multi-task and attention to detail (accuracy)
- General computer skills (e.g. MS Office) and ERP skills
- High School Diploma
