Tasks
- Manage orders from Canadian and U.S. clients with efficiency and a smile (even over the phone!).
- Confirm delivery dates and quantities — nothing gets past you!
- Enter orders into the system and on 3PL warehouse portals.
- Verify delivery notes and ensure proactive follow-ups.
- Handle unexpected issues (shortages, delays) calmly and with solutions.
- Keep a close eye on stock rotation.
- Contribute to weekly sales report preparation.
- Verify invoices.
- Be ready to pitch in where needed — a team spirit is essential!
- Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
- Diploma of vocational or college studies (DEP or DEC) in office administration, secretarial work, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service or order processing.
- Fully bilingual (French and English), as 50% of the clientele is English-speaking.
- Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel (intermediate level).
