Position: Sales Representative, Performance Adhesives and Specialties / Coating Adhesive Sealant & Elastomer (CASE) **Location: Vaudreuil-Dorion, Quebec – Hybrid / Flexible Work Policy
Territory: Quebec-based, supporting our commercial team nationally** Status: Full-time, permanent We are excited to be recruiting a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to support our Performance Adhesives & Specialties Group , combined with our Coatings, Adhesives, Sealants & Elastomers (CASE) Group .
Based in the province of Quebec and reporting to the Sales Manager, this role plays a key part in Quadra’s continued growth. You will contribute to our success by achieving sales targets, developing emerging accounts, and supporting strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
As a Sales Representative , you will pre-qualify opportunities, set the foundation for successful deals, and manage a portfolio of small to medium-sized accounts—ensuring exceptional service and identifying new avenues for growth. You will also act as a trusted partner to our outside sales team, helping them focus on closing major opportunities.

What would be your main responsibilities as a Sales Representative:
- Acquire and maintain a solid working knowledge of our product portfolio and services
- Identify and fully qualify potential new accounts and assess sales potential for Quadra products within the assigned territory
- Build credibility and generate customer trust through consistent, professional conduct
- Use our CRM to maintain detailed records of prospects, customer contacts, sales calls, samples, and opportunities
- Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts
- Complete and submit an updated strategic Territory Plan Report to the Sales Manager, including key achievements and future growth plans, and execute against the agreed strategy
- Report any changes in business trends, customer concerns, market dynamics, and competitor activity
- Participate in training initiatives to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness
- Attend sales meetings as directed by the Business Manager and/or Sales Manager
- Develop and maintain a minimum of five key development accounts at all times
- Plan pre-call agendas for key accounts in collaboration with the Sales Manager
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:
- Post-secondary diploma and/or bachelor’s degree in Science, Chemistry, Commerce, or a related field
- Fluency in both French and English is required, as this role involves regular communication with internal and external stakeholders in both languages
- Previous experience in the adhesives and/or CASE industries, or in a closely related field, is considered a strong asset.
- Prior professional experience working directly with customers is preferred
- Demonstrated ability and determination to seek out new business opportunities, including cold calling and prospecting by phone
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional time-management skills with a proven ability to meet tight deadlines
- Highly resourceful, flexible, and adaptable
- Demonstrates initiative, self-reliance, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to perform under pressure
- Strong computer skills, ideally including CRM experience (such as Salesforce) and proficiency with the Office 365 suite
- Ability to stay self-motivated, work autonomously, learn new technologies, and adapt quickly

Compensation Information: The annual base pay range for this position is reasonably expected to be between $ 59, 700 and $ 89,500. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, education, and experience.
Base salary is only a part of the total rewards package - this role will also be eligible for a generous incentive program and full benefits. Quadra’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. Please note that the base pay shown qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
