Location: Brossard, Quebec (CA-QC)

Assignment: Permanent

Hours of work: 40 hours per week

# of openings: 1

Salary range: $CAN46.74/hour (Step 1) to $CAN49.68/hour (Step 2*), *After the 90-day work probation period

Your Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance, inspection, adjustment, and repair of electronic instruments to ensure proper equipment operation;
  • Install, configure, test, and deploy new electronic systems;
  • Conduct technical testing and prepare reports as required;
  • Respond to equipment breakdowns, perform troubleshooting, and support the restauration of operations;
  • Provide technical expertise when required;
  • Contribute to the execution of various projects and assignments.

Your profile

  • College diploma (DEC) in Electronics or Electric Engineering Technology;
  • Minimum of three (3) years of practical technical experience in industrial electronics, including both field and shop work;
  • Eligible for certification with the Professional Order of Technologists of Québec (Ordre des technologues professionnels du Québec, OTPQ);
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in French.
  • Valid driver’s license (Class G in Ontario or Class 5 in Quebec) and an insurable driving record;
  • Eligible for marine transportation security clearance;
  • Availability to undergo a medical examination, functional capacity evaluation, and drug screening test;
