We’re seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with a strong background in IBM Tririga platform configuration, customization, and integrations to lead impactful projects that drive efficiency and modernization. What You’ll Do
Collaborate closely with business analysts, technical leads, and end users to understand and translate business needs into effective IBM Tririga solutions. Develop, configure, and enhance modules such as Real Estate, Lease, Space, Facilities, Operations, Maintenance, and Capital Projects. Configure platform elements including business objects, workflows, forms, reports, portals, security, and navigation to optimize user experience and functionality. Build and support seamless integrations between IBM Tririga and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, ETL, and middleware solutions. Lead data migration and validation efforts, ensuring accurate reporting and data integrity. Participate in the full project lifecycle from design and development through testing, deployment, and ongoing support. Troubleshoot and resolve application, workflow, integration, and data issues swiftly to minimize downtime. Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, deployment procedures, and support materials adhering to best practices. Engage with onsite and offshore teams to estimate efforts, track progress, and deliver high-quality results on time. Stay current with IBM Tririga and IBM Maximo capabilities, applying best practices and platform enhancements.
What We’re Looking For
7-10+ years of IT development experience with hands-on expertise in IBM Tririga configuration, customization, and support. Proven experience with implementing, upgrading, and integrating IBM Tririga applications within enterprise environments. Strong understanding of IWMS, real estate management, lease administration, facilities operations, and related processes. Proficiency with IBM Tririga tools including Data Modeler, Workflow Builder, Application Designer, Form Builder, queries, reports, and security. Solid experience in REST/SOAP API integration, data migration, and troubleshooting interface issues. Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as Oracle, DB2, or SQL Server. Familiarity with Java/J2EE, JavaScript, XML, JSON, HTML/CSS, and scripting for customization and troubleshooting. Experience with version control and development tools like Git, Azure DevOps, Jira. Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively interact with diverse teams and stakeholders. Knowledge of cloud/container deployment concepts, OpenShift, or IBM Tririga Application Suite in cloud environments. Experience with application server environments like WebSphere/Liberty. Familiarity with BIRT reporting tools and advanced performance troubleshooting. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Prior experience working on enterprise scale IBM Tririga implementations, upgrades, or enhancements.
