As an assembler-moulder, you'll play a key role in the manufacture of our rubber tracks for the defense, agricultural, industrial and recreational sectors. In this position, you'll have the opportunity to :

Manufacture rubber tracks while following each step of the manufacturing recipe

Set up and operate the press and any other equipment used for production

Understand and follow the documentation for the various production models

Ensure product quality at each step of the process

Respect all safety rules, factory regulations and work procedures in place

Keep your workplace clean

Perform any other related tasks

Permanent full-time position

Shift: evening or night shifts (5x8h or 3x12h + 1 Saturday/month)

Salary: starting at $28.43/hr + salary progression over 2 years
-
Shift premium: $1.50/hr evening / $2.50/hr night / $1.25/hr 12 hr

With the following skills and qualities, you'll be successful in this role:
- Know how to use measuring instruments such as tape measures and verniers
- Ability to read, write and speak French
- Ability to perform physical work and work in the heat (during the summer)
- Be able to perform work that requires coordination of limbs (feet and hands)
