This is an interview position.
Monitors and coordinates Pickup and Delivery coverage by applying geographical and route knowledge in assignments to Courier Routes to ensure maximum on-road efficiency and optimum customer satisfaction.
Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities High school diploma/educational equivalent.
Eighteen (18) months FedEx experience.
Demonstrated proficiency in basic level MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
Ability to complete all basic DADS and recurrency training (90% minimum).
Geographic knowledge of dispatch service area preferred.
Knowledge of Federal Express field operations, systems and features of service, i.e. Cosmos/KIAC/FAMIS.
Ability to compile and interpret analytical data and to act independently in making workload and resource allocation decisions.
Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications Pay Transparency: Pay Additional Details: NOTE: This position is a float role. Shift will include weekend work at times. Posting closes on Oct 15, 2025
