Canada Games: Quebec City, 2027
The Canada Games are the country’s largest multi-sport competition and will bring together more than 3,500 high-calibre athletes and coaches in Quebec City from February 27 to March 14, 2027, across 22 sports. Held every two years, alternating between summer and winter, the Games celebrate the perseverance and sportsmanship of young Canadian athletes.

Your Role
History is made with the right people. The 2027 Canada Games are looking for a Coordinator, Sponsorship Services to turn every signed agreement into a concrete, vibrant, and legendary activation.
Reporting to the Director, Partnerships and revenue generation, you’ll be the main point of contact for our partners. Your mission? To ensure every promise made comes to life on the ground, from visibility and logistics to deliverables, financial follow-ups, and in-kind exchanges.
You will have a unique opportunity to leverage your talent and your skills to:
Dive into sponsorship and partnership agreements to extract the essentials and ensure the Host Society delivers on every commitment with precision and flair.
Build strong relationships with partners, supporting them through every stage of the implementation of their agreement.
Ensure all contractual commitments are fulfilled—both on the Games' side and that of the partners.
Develop and maintain clear timelines to ensure each deliverable is delivered on time and with the right touch.
Keep sponsorship tracking up to date, with reports that clearly tell the story of what’s been delivered and what’s coming up.
Coordinate sponsor activations, programs, and events with support from volunteers and other teams.
Ensure rigorous follow-up on financial and in-kind contributions, with transparency and efficiency.
Support the planning and execution of special events related to revenue generation;
Create a seamless, positive, and memorable experience for our partners, from the first contact to the final thank you.
Contribute to the implementation of all sponsorship and revenue generation programs, with the attention to details and team spirit that define the Games.
Tackle unexpected challenges with creativity and energy as they arise along the way.
Keys to success
Want to join our team? Here's what it takes:
DEC (Diploma of College Studies) in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field. A university degree is considered an asset.
3 years of experience in account management, sponsorship, sales, or fundraising.
Experience in event planning in a nonprofit or retail environment is considered an asset.
Professional fluency in both French and English, spoken and written.
Comfortable using management tools (Office Suite or Google Workspace, and CRM/partnership tracking platforms).
Criminal background check required.
Authorization to work in Canada.
