Role Overview

The Director of Sales will lead revenue growth and market expansion across the financial sector, with a strong focus on BPO, outsourcing, and managed service solutions. This role requires a senior sales leader with deep experience selling into regulated financial environments, capable of closing complex, enterprise-level outsourcing agreements and building long-term strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy focused on financial sector clients, including banks, lenders, utilities, fintechs, and credit providers
  • Define revenue targets, sales KPIs, and performance metrics aligned with BPO and managed service offerings
  • Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing sales and business development team
  • Build scalable sales frameworks to support long-term financial sector growth

Financial Sector Business Development

  • Drive new business acquisition within the financial services and credit markets
  • Identify, pursue, and close high-value BPO, outsourcing, and managed service contracts
  • Lead complex sales cycles involving procurement, legal, risk, and compliance stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers

BPO & Outsourcing Solutions

  • Partner closely with operations to align financial-sector client needs with BPO delivery models
  • Translate operational, compliance, and recovery capabilities into compelling value propositions
  • Support solution design, pricing models, SLAs, and transition planning
  • Ensure smooth transition from sales to delivery post-contract

RFPs, Tenders & Proposals

  • Lead and contribute to financial sector RFPs, tenders, and outsourcing proposals
  • Ensure submissions clearly articulate value, compliance, governance, and ROI
  • Collaborate with marketing, compliance, legal, and operations teams

Market & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Represent Financial Debt Recovery Ltd. at financial services and outsourcing industry events
  • Monitor regulatory, market, and competitor developments impacting financial sector clients
  • Collaborate with marketing to strengthen brand positioning within the financial services market

Sales Operations & Governance

  • Own pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue reporting
  • Ensure CRM accuracy and data-driven sales decisions
  • Maintain high standards of governance, risk awareness, and ethical selling

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure all sales activities comply with financial services regulations and internal policies
  • Promote a culture of compliance, transparency, and client-centricity

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Extensive experience selling BPO, outsourcing, or managed services within the financial sector
  • Proven track record closing large, complex, multi-year financial services contracts
  • Strong understanding of financial services regulation, compliance, and governance
  • Experience working with banks, lenders, utilities, fintechs, or regulated credit environments

  • Strategic sales leadership with strong financial and commercial acumen
  • Deep knowledge of BPO delivery models in regulated financial environments
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to align sales strategy with operational and compliance requirements
