What We Offer
Interfor offers a competitive salary based on experience, skills, and qualifications, with an expected range of $105,000 – $115,000 (CAD) per year. We’re committed to creating careers where employees can contribute, grow, and thrive. In addition to base pay, you’ll enjoy:

Highlights of the Role
- Planning: Coordinate and schedule all maintenance activities for maximum efficiency.
- Leadership: Guide tradespeople to achieve departmental and site objectives.
- Systems: Manage the CMMS system to minimize operational interruptions.
- Optimization: Maximize productivity and work quality of the maintenance team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with production, engineering, and contractors to ensure seamless operations.
What You Offer
- Organization: Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams and communicate effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Technical: Mechanical aptitude, knowledge of maintenance practices, and experience with CMMS.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in maintenance planning/scheduling in manufacturing or a related field.
