What You’ll Do

As a Quality Engineer, you are expected to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 standards across all processes, to conduct internal and supplier audits, inspections, and quality reviews, to oversee quality control for our products, including testing and validation, to drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability and sustainability, and to maintain accurate quality documentation and reporting for management and regulatory bodies.

In this role, You will be responsible for:

Core Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with ISO standards
  • Develop and enforce quality policies, SOPs, and work instructions
  • Manage non-conformance reports, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
  • Monitor KPIs and quality metrics to ensure operational excellence
  • Support environmental compliance and sustainability programs under ISO 14001

Operational Excellence

  • Apply quality tools (FMEA, SPC, CAPA) for risk mitigation and process optimization
  • Ensure supplier quality assurance and incoming material inspections
  • Lead continuous improvement projects to reduce defects and improve efficiency
  • Maintain audit readiness and compliance with regulatory requirements

Collaboration & Culture

  • Work closely with engineering, production, and procurement teams to resolve quality issues
  • Act as a quality ambassador, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability
  • Provide training and guidance on quality standards and best practices
  • Foster open communication and teamwork across departments

Who You are

  • You have a post-secondary degree in quality management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience in ISO implementation, maintenance and training.
  • 5+ years of experience in quality engineering roles.
  • Proficient with quality tools (RCA, CAPA), process control and inspection methodology.
  • Strong understanding and experiences of QMS supplier facilities audits.
  • Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Motivated to learn and participate in company-provided training regularly.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service, including effective communication, problem-solving, and maintaining a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills in English.

Travel

This role requires work in our office. However, you will be expected to travel to our domestic suppliers for facility audits. And also be required to assist and audit our warehouse operations in adjacent countries.
