As Omnichannel Developer, you will participate in the administration, the design and the implementation of communication solutions as well as ensure integration with third party ones. You will focus on the implementation, optimization and stability of different technical initiatives. You will participate in maintaining communication infrastructure and providing maintenance and other services to clients.
What does your typical day look like?
- Understand and utilize the Genesys Cloud API and SDK models;
- Integrate Genesys Cloud with multiple third-party platforms;
- Troubleshoot and assemble code efficiently;
- Ensure secure coding practices;
- Adopt DevSecOps practices;
- Be responsible for daily operations, user and group administration, configuration changes, and usage policies within Genesys Cloud;
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems, failure and malfunctions;
- Configure, maintain, support, and optimize all telecommunications services.
What skills and experience are we looking for?
- University degree in Computer Science or equivalent;
- 5+ years of progressive experience (or equivalent);
- Deep knowledge and experience with Genesys Cloud, including its architecture, development, APIs, and integrations;
- Development skills required to deliver and support configuration, customization, and integration (i.e.: HTML, Java, Python…);
- Good understanding of data management, artificial Intelligence and infrastructure concepts (native cloud services, network and security);
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and develop efficient solutions;
- May be required to carry a pager or work outside of normal business hours.
