Overview

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all custodial duties are completed, and the property is always kept in a clean and safe state.

Role and Responsibilities

• Keeps washrooms checked and tidy on a frequent schedule; focusing on guest washrooms.
• Maintains stock of washroom products (soaps, toilet paper) using Cintas website.
• Cleans all guest area floors prior to the opening of the facility.
• Maintains cleanliness of windows, walls and surfaces throughout the property as needed.
• Maintains grounds in the public areas (e.g. changing garbage cans, picking up litter).
• Sanitizes touch points across property.
• Cleans staff areas including staff room and offices.
• Assists maintenance and porters with duties as required.

Educational & Experience Requirements

• 1 year of prior experience in a custodial or housekeeping position is preferred.

• Customer Service: Willing to go above and beyond to achieve customer satisfaction; personable.
• Time Management: Able to use time effectively, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines; always on time.
• Adaptability: Able to accept changing conditions and new information in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical: Will be required to go long periods without rest, occasionally lift or move objects over 50LBS.

Schedule Requirements

• Must be available on weekends and holidays.
• Indoor and outdoor work required.
• Overtime as required.
