Job Description
Within the NAPA distribution center located in Montreal, you will work closely with your management team.

As a Warehouse Manager, your main responsibilities will be:
- Plan, implement, and monitor annual operational plans in line with the company's strategic objectives.
- Develop, manage, and analyze warehouse operational budgets.
- Support and supervise a team of warehouse supervisors.
- Manage the movement and accuracy of inventory, the receipt and storage of goods, locate the location of goods sent by each supplier, ensure delivery times, etc.
- Ensure good communication between staff members, as well as with suppliers and customers.
- Observe, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and promote the implementation of continuous improvement projects within the distribution center.
- Write management reports and ensure financial monitoring of operations.
- Ensure strict compliance with health and safety standards.
- Oversee the maintenance and availability of warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts).
Qualifications
To join our team, you need, among other things:
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role in the distribution field.
- Experience in a unionized environment (an asset).
- Diligence in work organization and procedure control.
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS) (an asset).
- Bilingualism, French and English, as you will frequently collaborate with clients across Canada.
