Position: French Software tester Location: Toronto, ON (Onsite) Employment Type: Full-Time Desired experience: 5 + years
Job Summary: We are seeking a French Software Functional Tester with strong functional testing experience and fluency in both French and English to ensure the quality of enterprise contact center applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in validating bilingual user experiences, executing functional and regression testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities: · Perform functional, regression, and end-to-end testing for contact center applications. · Validate bilingual (French & English) user interfaces, workflows, and customer journeys. · Create, execute, and maintain detailed test cases based on business requirements. · Identify, log, and track defects using tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps. · Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to ensure high-quality releases. · Support UAT activities and provide clear testing documentation.
Required Skills: · 5+ years of experience in software functional testing. · Fluent in French and English (written and spoken). · Hands-on experience testing enterprise or contact center applications (IVR, CTI, CRM, chat, email, or voice platforms). · Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test planning, and defect lifecycle. · Experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, ALM, or TestRail. · Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. · Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Nice to Have: · Experience with Selenium, Cyara, or other automation tools. · Exposure to banking or financial services projects. · Experience with performance or voice application testing.
