About the role
Role: Java Developer with Kotlin
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid) Duration: Long term Project We are looking for a Java Developer with experience in Java and Kotlin to design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of object-oriented programming, RESTful APIs, and modern software development practices.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain applications using Java and Kotlin. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code. Build and integrate REST APIs and backend services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance. Participate in code reviews and follow best practices.
Required Skills
Strong experience with Java and Kotlin. Knowledge of Spring Boot or similar Java frameworks. Experience with REST APIs and microservices. Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases. Understanding of Git, Agile methodologies, and software development lifecycle. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
