Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Head of Marketing. The Head of Marketing will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing plans and oversee all marketing activities. They will manage market research initiatives, develop data-driven strategies, and lead efforts to enhance brand visibility, establish strong public relations, and strengthen relationships with clients and partners. The role will also involve collaboration across teams, driving sales enablement, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Market Planning and Marketing Management for high-impact campaigns and long-term strategies
- Strong abilities in Market Research and trend analysis to identify opportunities and emerging customer needs
- Proven success in Sales and collaboration to support revenue growth and business development
- Experience in Public Relations to foster brand reputation and manage external communications
- Leadership and team management skills to motivate and guide diverse marketing teams
- Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making abilities
- Familiarity with the lumber, construction, or industrial sectors is an asset
- Advanced degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
