Availability: Open - Monday to Saturday
Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000

What you'll do:
-
Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone with professionalism and care.
-
Write up repair orders, explain maintenance and repair needs, and provide accurate cost and time estimates.
-
Communicate effectively between customers, technicians, and the parts department to ensure smooth workflow.
-
Identify and source required parts, verify availability, and process orders accurately.
-
Follow up on service work to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
-
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Kia products, warranties, and service promotions.
-
Handle payments and close repair orders in accordance with dealership policies.
-
Contribute to a positive and professional team environment. Other duties as assigned.
What we're looking for:
-
3 years of experience in automotive service advising and parts operations.
-
Kia or import brand experience is an asset.
-
Strong communication and organizational skills.
-
A team player with excellent customer service skills.
-
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
-
Experience with PBS or other DMS software is an asset.
-
Valid Ontario Driver’s License with a clean abstract.
