You'll
Install, inspect, repair, and maintain industrial machinery and production equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems. Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment operating safely and efficiently. Read blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals to diagnose and repair issues. Align, assemble, and install machinery with precision. Fabricate and weld components when custom repairs are needed. Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime. Work closely with production, fabrication, welding, and leadership teams to keep operations moving. Help identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and shop efficiency. 🛠️ You're Our Kind of Millwright If... You enjoy taking things apart just as much as putting them back together. Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, trailer manufacturing, or heavy equipment. Welding and fabrication experience. Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, gearboxes, conveyors, compressors, pumps, and power transmission systems. Experience with predictive and preventative maintenance programs.
