Description & Requirements

Electronic Arts creates next-level entertainment experiences that inspire players and fans around the world. Here, everyone is part of the story. Part of a community that connects across the globe. A place where creativity thrives, new perspectives are invited, and ideas matter. A team where everyone makes play happen.

We’re seeking a visionary Director of Design & Content Production to lead the creative transformation of EA.com into a personalized, player-first destination. You’ll guide a multidisciplinary team across UX/UI, production design, copywriting, video/motion, and content strategy — setting the creative vision, scaling production capabilities, and delivering experiences that connect millions of players to their favorite games between play sessions. If you’re a collaborative design leader with a passion for gaming, operational excellence, and building world-class digital experiences, we want to hear from you.

You’ll be responsible for both the craft and the scale of our creative output — setting high standards for design quality and brand consistency, while building the systems, processes, and capabilities to deliver at speed. This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Franchise teams to create experiences that delight players and achieve business goals.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the creative vision and execution for EA.com and scaled content experiences.

  • Manage and grow a multidisciplinary creative and production team.

  • Oversee the full creative production pipeline, from design to copy to video.

  • Implement scalable systems, templates, and AI/automation tools to boost creative velocity.

  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Franchise teams to align creative execution with strategy.

  • Ensure all experiences are on-brand, inclusive, and resonate globally.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 10+ years in digital design, creative leadership, or content production, with 5+ years leading large teams.
  • Proven experience delivering high-impact creative work for global brands (gaming/entertainment/tech preferred).
  • Expertise in UX/UI, production design, content creation, and design systems.
  • Strong operational skills; able to scale creative output without sacrificing quality.
  • Collaborative, influential leader with excellent communication skills.
  • Passion for gaming and player experiences.
