Community Partnerships Lead, Alpha (Remote) - $100,000/year USD
About the role
You'll be responsible for ensuring new Alpha campuses launch with momentum.
This position gives you the opportunity to influence the rollout of innovative, technology-driven schools — not via traditional advertising or mass marketing, but by cultivating trust in the communities we serve. You'll pinpoint high-value local collaborators (such as: respected preschools, leading enrichment programs, influential parenting voices), orchestrate location-specific initiatives, and deliver qualified prospects directly to our admissions function.
This role differs from conventional outreach positions: it's entirely remote and heavily supported by technology. You'll leverage AI to optimize your processes, rank outreach priorities, and handle automated follow-through — freeing you to concentrate on the activities that deliver results: strategic alliances and repeatable, partner-driven engagement. You'll control the earliest stages of the funnel in emerging markets and maintain clear visibility into how your efforts translate to enrollment outcomes.
Alpha represents a fundamentally reimagined school approach. Learners advance at individualized speeds, supported by adaptive digital platforms and personalized coaching — not traditional lectures and paper exercises. The model has demonstrated success. Now, as we extend into additional cities, we need you to ensure the most relevant families learn about us ahead of others.
What You Will Be Doing
- Establishing and overseeing strategic alliances with community organizations that reach Alpha's intended family demographic.
- Providing partners with communications assets, content, and campaign assistance to execute coordinated, high-impact local initiatives.
- Collecting and vetting partner-sourced leads, recording relevant details in the CRM, and transferring them seamlessly to the admissions team.
- Applying AI-powered tools to optimize outreach efficiency, coordinate follow-up timing, monitor partner activity, and ensure CRM data accuracy.
- Revising internal standard operating procedures, reference guides, and knowledge resources to incorporate insights from recent fieldwork.
What You Won’t Be Doing
- Participating in strategy sessions without execution — this role demands hands-on delivery.
- Conducting travel or field visits — all partner engagement and activation is handled remotely.
- Overseeing sustained family engagement or enrollment operations — admissions owns that responsibility.
- Relying on marketing departments to generate momentum — you're the one creating local awareness and demand, independently.
Community Partnerships Lead Key Responsibilities Generate top-of-funnel visibility and qualified lead flow for emerging Alpha campuses via remote, partner-driven local engagement strategies.
Basic Requirements
- 3+ years in community partnerships, grassroots outreach, or local relationship-building roles.
- Experience managing a pipeline, from outreach to follow-up and conversion, independently.
- Track record working with high-trust audiences (e.g. HNW families, executive stakeholders).
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot) and comfort using AI to boost workflow efficiency.
- Able to flex hours for partner events or deadlines (some evenings/weekends as needed).
- Must be based in the U.S. or Canada and authorized to work without sponsorship.

𝑵𝒐𝒕𝒆: Crossover jobs are are fully compliant with LinkedIn's policies, as well as the applicable laws in every country where we advertise.
Allow us to clarify some common misconceptions:
1) The reason we post so many job ads is because LinkedIn organizes all job postings by location. So, the only way to reach candidates all over the world is to post multiple ads in every city you want to hire from. Most recruiters don't bother because it's too time consuming... but we're not most recruiters.
2) We mostly recruit independent contractors, not employees, because labor laws vary so much from one country to another that it's near-impossible to recruit globally otherwise (which is why it's still uncommon even though most jobs can now be done remotely).
3) As is standard for any self-employed person, the stated pay is the entire compensation package. Because they are not employees, each contractor is responsible for handling the things that an employer would take care of e.g. taxes, equipment, vacation time, health insurance. One of the major reasons that Crossover jobs pay so much more than local jobs is to overcompensate for these costs.
It's hard, but it's worth it!
