Ready to be part of the action? This position is an entry-level position which performs diverse data entry functions and supports the Account Maintenance team. This position will report to the Team Lead, Investor Services
This role is fully in office (5 days/week) for the training period then hybrid (2 - 3 days/week in the office) - based in Toronto, ON. Key Responsibilities:
- Shareholder Maintenance coding
- Direct deposit, W9, NR301 tax form (W9, W8BEN), SIN, E-delivery
- Return Mail coding
- Proxy, Annual Report, Cheques
- Supplemental card input
- Shareholders requesting financial statements
- Assisting with high volume functions such as physical mailings including envelope stuffing
- Opening undelivered/returned mail to be coded
- Prioritize tasks to ensure deadlines are met
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Must Have(s):
- High school diploma, or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google suite
- 1+ year of administrative/mailroom experience
- Good written, verbal and listening skills
- Flexibility and willingness to work simultaneously on a wide range of tasks and projects and ability to prioritize
- Develops and maintains strong relationships with internal and external clients. Proven ability to understand clients’ needs and develop the appropriate solutions
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Works well in a team environment, actively contributes to the success of the group
- Poised, works well under pressure and accomplishing short- and long-term deadlines with a heavy workload
Nice To Have(s):
- Canadian Securities Course, an asset
- Financial services industry experience, an asset
- Bilingual in English/French, an asset
Salary Range: 38,000/year - 40,000/year CAD Please note that the salary range included is a guideline only. The salary offered may vary based on factors, including, but not limited to, the successful candidate’s relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.
