The Strategic and Corporate Services Branch is looking for a highly organized, reliable, and service-oriented individual to join our team as a part-time Records Management Coordinator in a nine-month term. Reporting to the Manager of Legislative Services and Information Management, this role will be responsible for the records management program. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with The Archives and Public Records Management Act and other relevant legislation and government policies.

In this position, you will:

  • Review, develop, maintain, and administer records management policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable legislation and government standards.
  • Act as the liaison with the Saskatchewan Archives Board and SaskBuilds and Procurement.
  • Support the development and maintenance of internal operating procedures related to records management.
  • Assist in the creation and refinement of record inventories.
  • Respond to inquiries with accuracy, clarity, and professionalism.
  • Identify and resolve issues by evaluating options and determining appropriate actions.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Typically, the knowledge and abilities required for this position would be obtained through the completion of a post-secondary certificate or diploma in administration, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
