The Role
We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our team and help us scale AceUnlock’s core platform. You’ll work across the stack—front end, backend, and cloud infrastructure—to build features that power AI-driven interviews and deliver a seamless experience for recruiters and candidates.
This is a future opportunity for someone with 1–3 years of professional experience who is eager to grow in a fast-paced startup environment. You’ll have the chance to take ownership, learn new technologies quickly, and directly influence how our platform evolves.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain user-facing applications with Angular, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Design and implement backend services and APIs in Node.js.
- Deploy and manage serverless components with AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and SQS.
- Work with PostgreSQL to design, query, and optimize relational databases.
- Collaborate closely with product and design teams to translate ideas into working features.
- Write clean, testable code and participate in code reviews.
- Debug, optimize, and ensure reliability across the stack.
- Learn quickly, adapt to changing priorities, and contribute to product direction.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of full stack development experience.
- Strong skills in Angular, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Hands-on experience with Node.js backend development.
- Exposure to AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, SQS).
- Proficiency with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Eagerness to learn and grow while taking ownership of features end to end.
Nice to Have :
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (SAM, CloudFormation, Terraform).
- Experience with testing frameworks and performance optimization.
- Understanding of security best practices in cloud applications.
