About the role
This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Toronto (250 Yonge St, Toronto) and/or Client office at a minimum 2 days per week - subject to change at any time.
Project Objective:
Identity & Access Management (GIAM), Governance Team is undertaking a project to certify specific digital entitlements and access across application in six different subsidiaries.
Your future duties and responsibilities
- IAM Analyst to facilitate the activities and tasks for this project working along with other analysts, project manager, applications owners and other stakeholders in this project.
- Engage with various stakeholders and application owners and work through the tasks required to certify access to applications and ensure that access to the applications in the scope is only limited to relevant users.
- Be well versed with Identity and Access Management domain in general and particularly have skill and knowledge around conducting access certifications, ensuring logical access is effectively governed facilitating security posture improvement and subsequent management of access remediation.
- Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliver measurable results.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role

University graduate with 5+ yrs of Identity Access Management experience.

Solid understanding of general IAM Domain and specifically Identity Governance.

Strong analytical skills, specifically data analysis in Microsoft excel.

Information Security background including an understanding of the security best practices, standards, methodologies, and KPIs.

Solid understanding of RBAC (Role Based Access Control) and access remediation.

Solid understanding of Access Controls – (e.g. life cycle management of certifications).

Experience working with tasks for access governance functions; tasks relevant to Identity & Access Governance including access certification, communication, and documentation of operational processes and procedures, etc.

Good understanding of various tools/platforms (i.e: SailPoint, Active Directory, UNIX-flavor systems and/or LDAP);

Superior written and oral communication skills; ability to express complex thoughts clearly, know how to listen and contribute in a team environment.

Work successfully in a matrixed IT and business team environment.

Experience working in high performing team and establishing strong working relationships with stakeholders and partners.
