About the role
Mission Association for Community Living (MACL) is looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team in Mission.
This position supports the daily operations of a community-based organization providing services to children, youth, and adults with developmental disabilities throughout the Fraser Valley.
We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, professional, and comfortable working in a collaborative office environment. The role supports a variety of administrative functions across the organization and requires someone who can manage responsibilities calmly, communicate well with people, and maintain strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities Include:
- Reception and front office support
- Answering phones and responding to inquiries
- Administrative support for payroll and human resources
- Maintaining records, files, and tracking systems
- Coordinating office supplies and purchasing requests
- Supporting scheduling, bookings, and office systems
- Assisting with health and safety documentation and administrative processes
- Supporting programs and leadership teams with operational needs
Qualifications
- Experience in administration, office support, payroll, or HR support preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and professionalism
- Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
