What We Offer:
- Compensation: $35.00 - $40.00 Flat Rate per Labour Hour Sold PLUS a Signing Bonus

What You’ll Do:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair vehicles using top-notch tools and equipment
Perform inspections and maintenance to keep vehicles running safely and efficiently
Assemble, disassemble, and reassemble components; weld and fabricate as needed
Maintain accurate service records and provide excellent customer communication
Tackle hands-on work and contribute to a fast-paced, team-driven environment
What We’re Looking For:
Certified Automotive Technician (310S) with proven experience
Strong mechanical knowledge and problem-solving ability
Self-motivated and able to thrive independently
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills

Cobourg Kia serves many family communities in Ontario, including Courtice, Bowmanville, Newcastle, Cobourg, Port Hope and Brighton (in the municipalities of Northumberland and Clarington). We're a destination for our customers right beside the 401. Cobourg Kia was founded in 2001.
We offer a great selection of new and used Kia's, including Rio, Soul, Forte, Rondo, Optima, Sedona, Sorento, and Sportage, as well as a wide range of auto services. You can book a service appointment online easily using our website and we offer a shuttle service if you're in the local area. We are also the only dealership in the GTA to have a flat-bed truck (called Sherman) to help us get the right car for you!
