Field Canvasser | LeafFilter

As a Field Canvasser, you will be responsible for connecting with homeowners in your community, starting conversations, and identifying opportunities for our sales team to provide free estimates for their home improvement needs.
You’ll develop valuable communication skills, gain sales experience, and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
What you’ll do:
- Engage with homeowners through door-to-door outreach
- Educate customers about our products and services
- Generate quality leads and schedule appointments for our sales team
- Build rapport and create positive customer experiences
- Work alongside a supportive team that values growth and success
What we’re looking for:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to work outdoors and stay active throughout the day
- Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset, but not required — we provide training!
