About the role
NTT DATA's Client is seeking a Biztalk Engineer to create schemas, maps, orchestrations, pipelines and adapters using BizTalk tools to facilitate data transformation, routing, and processing.
Implementing various integration patterns and protocols (like XML, EDI, AS2, SOAP, REST) to enable communication between different systems and applications.
Experience utilizing and building restful webservices.
Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies
Familiarity with common EAI design patterns such as service-oriented architecture
Familiarity with common business message formats (XML, JSON, Flat Files, EDI)
Extensible Stylesheet Language Transformations (XSLT) experience is a plus.
Basic Qualifications:(what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each)
4-8 years of experience with Biztalk enterprise integration platforms
4+ years of experience with common programming languages (C#, Java, Groovy, Python)
4+ years of experience with Azure DevOps, Git, or TFVC.
4+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS, and other RDBMS and NoSQL databases
**Travel:**No Travel.
**Degree:**Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
Nice to Have; (But not a must)
Project Management experience is a plus
Experience of ERP systems within a fast-moving wholesale, retail, and Ecommerce environment is highly desirable.
