Lead Account Manager Montreal | Hybrid

What You’ll Do

You’ll become the primary point of contact for a portfolio of English-speaking clients, building trusted relationships while ensuring every project is delivered strategically, creatively, and flawlessly.

You’ll

● Serve as the primary client lead, building trusted relationships while developing a strong understanding of each client’s business objectives. ● Take a hands-on approach to account management, actively coordinating teams from briefing to delivery, ensuring alignment between creativity, timelines, and budgets. ● Contribute to creative ideation and content planning in collaboration with designers, creatives, and in-house producers. ● Identify opportunities to expand client relationships by recommending ideas, services, and initiatives that create value. ● Ensure quality and consistency across all deliverables, including social-first content, video, motion, infographics. ● Provide clear direction, feedback, and priorities to internal teams while keeping clients informed and confident.

Who You Are

You’re someone who naturally takes ownership. You have an entrepreneurial mindset. You don’t wait for someone else to tell you the next step. You enjoy figuring things out, making decisions, and moving projects forward. You probably have experience in an agency, production company, creative studio, startup, or another fast-paced environment where wearing multiple hats is part of the culture. You’re comfortable switching between strategy and execution throughout the day and enjoy working closely with both clients and creative teams.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in account management, integrated marketing, or client services.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Experience managing creative projects across digital, social, video, experiential, or content marketing.
• A collaborative mindset with a hands-on approach.
• Curiosity, initiative, and sound judgment.
