Arthur Grand Technologies is an Equal Opportunity Employer (including disability/vets) Job Description Title of Position: Procurement Manager Location: Kelowna, BC V1Y 7G6.- Onsite Duration: Full Time Employment: Permanent opportunity Salary: $Negotiable Interview type: In- Person The Procurement Manager provides strategic and operational leadership across procurement functions to ensure reliable supply, optimized cost, and strong supplier performance. This role is accountable for developing end-to-end sourcing strategies, driving cross-functional collaboration, and building a high-performance, value-driven procurement organization. Your responsibilities will include: Oversees sourcing, supplier management, and contract governance to ensure cost-effective and reliable supply. Develops and executes category strategies that drive value, innovation, and risk mitigation. Builds high-performing teams through coaching, performance management, and leadership development. Ensure procurement practices align with regulatory, ethical, and corporate standards. Ensure compliance with Canada–United States–Mexico Agreement (CUSMA) tariff provisions, including verification of rules of origin and accurate tariff classification for cross-border shipments. Drives cost optimization while maintaining quality and service levels. Implement best practices to improve procurement efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure procurement systems deliver accurate data and actionable insights. Build strategic partnerships to enhance supplier performance and long-term value. Other Information: This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kelowna, BC, working Monday to Friday, 8-hour days. What You Bring: Minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or supply chain leadership Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) 2+ years of supervisory experience, including team oversight, scheduling, and performance management Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop team members in a fast-paced environment Experience with materials, fabrication, inventory systems, and ERP platforms Professional designations (SCMP, CPSM, APICS/CSCP) are an asset Expert level proficiency in Excel Understanding of project management disciplines and best practices Highly organized with the ability to deliver detailed, accurate work in a timely manner Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and in team environments About Arthur Grand Arthur Grand is an IT services firm specializing in Digital Transformation initiatives for Federal, Commercial, State & local customers.
