This role is accountable for developing end-to-end sourcing strategies, driving cross-functional collaboration, and building a high-performance, value-driven procurement organization. Your responsibilities will include: Oversees sourcing, supplier management, and contract governance to ensure cost-effective and reliable supply. Develops and executes category strategies that drive value, innovation, and risk mitigation. Builds high-performing teams through coaching, performance management, and leadership development. Ensure procurement practices align with regulatory, ethical, and corporate standards. Ensure compliance with Canada–United States–Mexico Agreement (CUSMA) tariff provisions, including verification of rules of origin and accurate tariff classification for cross-border shipments. Drives cost optimization while maintaining quality and service levels. Implement best practices to improve procurement efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure procurement systems deliver accurate data and actionable insights. Build strategic partnerships to enhance supplier performance and long-term value.
