T he Student Success Centre (SSC) Numeracy & Science Online EA will be responsible for one-on-one support in numeracy and science, with preferred additional skills in literacy and executive functioning skills.

We are seeking a dynamic Student Success Centre Online EA: Gr 9-12 Math & Science, working 10-15 hours per week for the 2026/27 school year . The primary purpose of this position is to provide one-on-one support in numeracy and science, with preferred additional skills in literacy and executive functioning. This candidate will work under the direction of the Student Success Centre (SSC) Manager, and in collaboration with the SSC Education Assistant (EA) team, IE Case Managers (CMs), and Innovations Program Teachers to provide optimal student support for Grades 9-12.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate and communicate with the SSC Manager and SSC EA team to promote mission, vision, values, and schoolwide goals to enhance student learning and success

Complete EA reporting in Encom on a daily and weekly basis

Collect data and monitor students on an ongoing basis after each student meeting

Develop, deliver and share Math and Science resources and workshops

Participate in the SSC team’s presentation during the Innovations Orientation Week (March)

Any other reasonable task associated with serving our internal and external stakeholders (EAs, CMs, and their students/ families).

Qualifications

Proficient technology skills and ability to work in an online environment: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook), Google Docs, Brightspace, Encom and Zoom

What we offer:
Competitive Wage: $23.05 – $27.05 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
