Job Description: Provides personal care and activities of daily living for clients/patients/residents to encourage optimum level of functioning. Supports clients/patients/residents in meeting their physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual needs.

- This is a community based position provides services in clinic within the Primary Health Care network ( Regina) and can be assigned to one of the Primary Health Care Network. Home base for this position is: 204 Wascana Street (Subject to change)
