Responsibilities
Tasks
Create manufacturing instructions Create user manuals Install machinery Repair and maintain machinery Assist in inspection of mechanical installations and construction projects Carry out a limited range of mechanical tests and analyses of machines, components and materials Prepare standards and schedules Test machines and equipment Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems Tend robotic equipment Perform routine maintenance Instruct technicians and students Ensure compliance with government regulations Develop manufacturing and processing procedures Develop and conduct production, inventory and quality assurance programs Conduct preventive maintenance programs Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers Train to maintain high levels of technical proficiency Ensure adherence to safety regulations Assist in preparing estimates, schedules, specifications and reports Conduct preventive maintenance programs and keep maintenance records Operate machinery Ensure safety procedures are followed Robotic process automation Set machine or equipment controls Inspect processes

About E. Hofmann Plastics
For over 25 years, we have been manufacturing Plastic Containers including Deli containers, Dairy containers, Heavy Duty Plastic Pails and Drinking cups .
We operate in a fully equipped 175,000+ square foot plant including: 25 injection molding machines, ranging from 90 to 500 ton 8 printing lines Container decorating with as much as 9 colours for small containers and 6 colours for our biggest pails In-mould labelling and heat transferlabelling used to decorate containers
We produce over 80,000 injection molded parts per day in thermo-forming, currently we can produce over 21 million parts per week, Custom coloured pails, lids & handles
