Key Responsibilities
-
Assist and perform duties as requested by the Equipment Operator.

Fuel vehicles and equipment.

Clean up work areas.
-
Perform yard work, including mowing and litter pickup.

Work in accordance with company, federal, state/provincial, and local safety policies and procedures.
-
Perform general office maintenance and repairs, including painting and janitorial tasks.
-
Direct traffic at the site as necessary.
-
Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or assigned by management.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
- Valid Driver's license
- Must meet relevant criteria for safety-sensitive functions in accordance with company standards.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ability to read, write, perform basic math, and communicate effectively.

Ability to follow instructions and perform duties under limited supervision.

Ability to apply common-sense reasoning to solve general problems.
Physical and Mental Demands

Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift in an outdoor environment up to 90% of the time.
-
Must be able to use hands and fingers, kneel, crawl, talk, hear, climb, and balance.
-
Visual requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Ability to manually lift/move up to 65 pounds regularly.
-
Ability to manually push/move up to 100 pounds with assistance.
Working Conditions
-
Frequently exposed to loud noise, humidity, rain, extreme heat or cold, moving mechanical parts, vibrations, toxic or caustic chemicals, fumes, and airborne particles.

Work is primarily outdoors (up to 100% of the time).

Constant exposure to motor vehicle traffic conditions.
-
The work environment is typically loud.
