Associate Dentist – Midnapore Dental Wellness (Calgary, AB)
Step into a South Calgary practice with established systems, and loyal patients.
Midnapore Dental Wellness is seeking a confident Associate Dentist to join our team in southeast Calgary. This is a transitionary role with the opportunity to become the leader at our practice. Our tenured doctor is reducing is schedule and has established the practice with SPEAR-based treatment philosophy, dedicated clinical staff, and opportunities for advanced restorative and comprehensive care.
Schedule: 3-4 days/week. Flexibility to start at a reduced schedule and increase for the right candidate interested in supporting the practice on a long-term basis.
Start Date: November 2025, capacity to support sooner for the right candidate.
Position Highlights
- Chairs: 1.5 to 3 chairs (dependent on the day) dedicated to the associate
- Scope of Practice: Bread-and-butter dentistry, basic endo, oral surgery, crown & bridge, with oral sedation available. Availability to increase scope and service mix.
- Patient Mix: Strong adult base with comprehensive treatment needs, and patients are comfortable with full-scope, full-mouth, restorative, aesthetic and bio-metric dentistry.
Who We’re Looking For
- Experienced, confident, and comfortable with comprehensive case planning.
- Ideal candidate would have a background in full-scope, full-mouth, restorative, aesthetic and bio-metric dentistry.
- A strong communicator and natural leader who values patient relationships and team collaboration.
- Looking for long-term opportunity within a stable, Calgary-based practice.

About You:
- Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process
- Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements
- Valid CPR certification
